About The Position

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of Logistics/Operations experience in the Consumer goods industry is a MUST
Strong understanding of Logistics/Purchasing processes i.e., booking containers, scheduling, importing, processing , and flowing goods to multiple locations globally is a MUST
Excellent communication skills to track and communicate updates between Customer Service, Logistics, and Accounting teams is a MUST
Strong knowledge of ERP systems – Oracle NetSuite & MS Excel is a MUST
Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Business/Finance/Purchasing, Logistics or related is a MUST

Nice To Haves

Understand seasonality and successfully forecast up to 1 year out is a PLUS

Responsibilities

Effectively track and communicate updates between Customer Service, Logistics, and Accounting teams
Assisting with Logistics by communicating upcoming sales orders with Customer Service for warehouse preparation and shipment
Organize regular meetings with departments to discuss each other’s challenges and identify resolutions
Assist with managing international sales orders and shipments, as well as orders shipped from US
Oversee international inventory control and purchasing within Oracle NetSuite platform
Monitor all purchases and inventory into EDI and NetSuite ERP system
Navigate complex Excel documents including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP’s
