Provide leadership and direction to ensure the performance of the production process, including order selection and related distribution center functions. Requirements

• 3–7 years of supervision experience in distribution.
• Associate degree.
• Management experience.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a proven ability to manage staffing needs, training, evaluation, and development, and to use collaborative relationships to accomplish work goals.
• Leadership skills that promote respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and the safety of others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Plan and control operating costs and facility budgets.
• Maintain operational standards and identify and correct conditions that affect employee safe behaviors.
• Manage and maintain mandated sanitation standards.
• Ensure proper work methods are followed to maximize productivity and performance.
• Monitor and meet order accuracy requirements while maintaining a Customer 1st strategy focused on quality order receiving and shipping.
• Supervise and coach direct reports, complete performance reviews, and provide feedback.
• Perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
