About The Position

The Logistics Operations Manager oversees logistics activities supporting Intelligence Community missions. The role coordinates resources, manages supply chain activities, maintains asset accountability, and ensures efficient operational support in accordance with organizational policies and mission requirements. The position requires an active Top Secret SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC (IAH) provides logistics, facilities management, and professional and technical services to U.S. and international government agencies and organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in logistics operations.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operational support.
• Experience managing logistics operations, resources, inventory, and asset accountability.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive information in accordance with applicable security requirements.
• Active Top Secret SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.

Nice To Haves

• Maximo experience.
• Experience supporting the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, or other federal government organizations.
• Familiarity with government logistics policies, asset management, and supply chain procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure timely and effective mission support.
• Coordinate supply chain activities, inventory management, procurement, and equipment distribution within IBM Maximo.
• Maintain accurate asset records and ensure accountability for government and organizational property.
• Develop and implement logistics plans, procedures, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, program leadership, and mission support teams to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor logistics performance, identify operational risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable government policies, security procedures, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare logistics reports and provide operational updates to leadership.
