Alto Ingredients is seeking a hands-on logistics leader to help drive safe, efficient, and customer-focused execution across the Pekin campus. This is a visible leadership opportunity for a candidate who thrives in a complex manufacturing environment, can align people and processes across multiple operating units, and wants to influence performance across truck, rail, barge, grain receiving, alcohol loadout, co-product movement, and warehouse operations. The Pekin Campus Logistics Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for safely and reliably moving critical products and raw materials across one of Alto Ingredients’ most complex and strategically important manufacturing campuses. This leader will oversee logistics for the Pekin Corn Wet Mill, Pekin Dry Mill, and ICP Distillery, including the movement of ethanol, specialty alcohol products, co-products, DDGS, and incoming grain by truck, rail, and barge. The role requires strong operational discipline, safety leadership, labor relations capability, and cross-functional coordination with commercial, operations, maintenance, engineering, quality, and environmental teams. The successful candidate will lead a unionized workforce represented by the UFCW and USW, strengthen training and standard work, improve reliability and execution, and ensure logistics plans support customer commitments, plant performance, regulatory compliance, and long-term business objectives.
