About The Position

The Site Logistics Coordinator receives and manages data center deliveries, maintains material storage and inventory accuracy, and coordinates materials moving between sites and warehouses. The role also supports urgent data center operations requests and handles physical and systematic Return to Stock (RTS) activities.

This position is onsite in Manassas, Virginia, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite in Manassas, Virginia, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and follow physical and systematic material-handling processes.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and escalation skills.

• Experience supporting logistics, warehouse, inventory, receiving, shipping, or material-control activities in an operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive data center deliveries physically and systematically, including devices and consumables.
• Secure and appropriately store delivered materials upon receipt.
• Expedite shipments and perform ad hoc physical material verification through warehouses.
• Maintain and organize storage areas.
• Create physical project pallets.
• Pull, prepare, and coordinate shipments of materials to other sites or warehouses.
• Support and appropriately escalate emergent data center operations material requests and other urgent matters.
• Perform inventory accuracy activities, including weekly device inventory scans, scheduled cycle counts based on ABC analysis, and discrepancy deep dives at onsite and warehouse locations.
• Perform physical and systematic Return to Stock (RTS) activities, including RTS rack transactions and returning unused post-project materials.
