About The Position

Alluvionic is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Logistics Manager position to support the National Science Foundation (NSF), Technology, Innovation, and Partnerships (TIP) Directorate Logistics and Operational Support contract. This role requires the candidate to be a US Citizen with a required clearance. The position is contingent upon contract award and is telework with travel required.

Requirements

Must be US Citizen
Clearance Required: Yes
Bachelor’s degree
4 Years Minimum Experience
Experience planning and coordinating meeting / panel / event logistics

Responsibilities

Plans and coordinates logistical requirements for meetings, proposal review panels, and events
Coordinates logistics and onsite support for onsite and offsite meetings, events, and webinars
Coordinates logistical support in preparation for outreach events including tasks such as event budget and planning, venue and catering subcontracting, printing, mailing, and event set up and breakdown
