About The Position

Spang Power Electronics, a division of Spang & Company, is hiring a Logistics & Inventory Specialist based in Sandy Lake, Pennsylvania. The role manages customer and intra-company shop order schedules, customer shipment scheduling, export/import duties, and related accounting activities. Spang Power Electronics designs and manufactures power solutions and products for industrial control applications, including SCR Power Controllers, custom Transformers, and AC/DC Power Systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong communication, organizational, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

Nice To Haves

Specialization in Production Control or Supply Chain Management.
ERP experience.
Experience with Crystal Reports and demand planning software.

Responsibilities

Create and manage customer and intra-company shop order schedules.
Create intra-company purchase and sales orders.
Process international order transactions and invoices.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including customer order shipment scheduling.
Manage freight invoices, freight rates, and carrier relationships.
Work with customs brokers and prepare U.S. export documentation.
Maintain import compliance procedures.
Generate ERP reports and maintain international inventory through cycle counts.
Process intercompany invoices, review freight and customs charges, and assign general ledger accounts.
Assist with ERP updates and procedures.
