About The Position

AAON is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring shipments are processed accurately, with a focus on cost and timing. The ideal candidate will be forklift certified, possess strong data entry skills with a critical eye for accuracy, and be able to communicate professionally via phone and email with both internal and external customers. Responsibilities include accurate labeling of shipments, preparing paperwork for drivers, and establishing processes to ensure timely and correct documentation. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with a sense of urgency, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrating excellent customer service skills. The position also involves maintaining a clean work area. Requirements

• Must be forklift certified.
• Accuracy of data is critical.
• Must professionally communicate via telephone and e-mail with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shipments are processed accurately, being mindful of cost and timing requirements.
• Data entry required.
• Accurate labeling of shipments is required.
• Prepare accurate and timely paperwork for drivers to pick up shipments.
• Establish and follow processes to ensure correct paperwork is completed timely and per shipping requirements.
• Perform job duties in timely manner.
• Maintain clean work area.
