About The Position

KARL STORZ is seeking a Logistics Center Associate I to support material handling and customer returns processing in its Logistics Center. The role involves working with SAP systems, handling customer returns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and is based in Auburn, Massachusetts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Push and pull loads up to 320 lbs and operate a manual pallet jack.
• Perform frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and grabbing.
• Occasionally use a warehouse ladder to access shelving.

Responsibilities

• Process customer returns accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Document receipt of returned materials with strong attention to detail.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to returns and follow up to completion.
• Execute SAP transactions related to material handling and logistics processes.
• Support additional logistics tasks and fill in across roles as needed.
• Follow established safety, quality, and productivity standards.
