About The Position

Sedulous is hiring a Logistics Analyst to support its team in Quantico, Virginia. The qualified candidate will support government property processes by managing lifecycle events, provide expertise with logistics applications, systems, programs, and data management, and interface with government principals.

The role supports the ACV Program through property management of Government Property (GP) associated with the ACV and Government-Furnished Property (GFP) provided to the ACV vendor. The analyst maintains inventory records and provides accounting, tracking, oversight, and reporting for property and supplies.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in business or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of related progressive professional work experience.
• Demonstrated experience with DoD and Marine Corps logistics policies and standards related to document formatting, style, and content requirements.
• Working knowledge of S1000D and GEIA 0007 Standards.
• Experience performing Life Cycle Logistics and Logistics Management in support of an ACAT Level I–III program of record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the ACV Program by assisting the PC with property management of GP associated with the ACV and GFP provided to the ACV vendor.
• Maintain and update GP inventory records for acquisition, distribution, storage, and proper disposal of government equipment and supplies.
• Maintain property management records and metrics.
• Prepare transfer documents.
• Provide accurate accounting, tracking, oversight for moving and storing, and reporting of PdM ACV GFP using DPAS, the PIEE GFP module, iRAPT, and the APSR.
• Maintain and update ACV GP and supply inventories quarterly.
• Assist PCs with coordinating maintenance and repair of all ACV GP.
