About The Position

This is a 1-year contract, fully on-site position for a Logistic Operator. The role requires strong customer orientation, negotiating skills, and a background in import operations, global logistics, and Customs Compliance. The operator will coordinate ocean, air, and trucking freight, manage fulfillment and distribution activities, maintain SOPs, and build relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal teams. The position also involves analyzing operational data and KPIs for continuous improvement and evaluating logistics processes for efficiency and growth. Fluency in Vietnamese or Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of professional work experience in freight forwarding or ocean import logistics operations
• Demonstrated expertise in analytical and problem-solving methodologies with the ability to rapidly master complex logistics operations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Proven interpersonal and communication capabilities with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities with urgency
• Professional work ethic with commitment to operational excellence and compliance
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Fluency in Vietnamese or Mandarin Chinese is mandatory

• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean, air and trucking freight with carriers, 3rd party logistics providers
• Manage and support fulfillment & distribution activities
• SOP/Work Instructions maintenance and ensuring operational best practice in line with customer requirements as well as ensure operational SOP compliance
• Builds relationships with carriers, vendors, & internal team members, and helps resolve any freight problems that may arise.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends and support continuous process improvements.
• Constantly evaluates logistics processes to improve operational efficiency and support long-term business growth
