About The Position

The Logistic Auxiliary is responsible for efficiently receiving and dispatching merchandise. Their work ensures that daily operations flow without interruption. This role involves ensuring regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DRNA, and other safety and environmental agencies, maintaining a safe work environment, and fostering a culture of safety. The position requires adherence to established company safety programs and policies.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Administration or computerized systems.
• Experience as a Logistics Coordinator or office clerk.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Teamwork skills.
• Effective communication.
• Customer service orientation.
• Planning and Organization skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of DACO regulations for weights and measures.
• Experience with SAP.
• Licensed Public Weigher license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DRNA, and other safety and environmental agencies.
• Maintain a safe work environment and foster a culture of safety.
• Comply with and execute established company safety programs and policies.
• Weigh trucks of bagged cement, bulk cement, raw materials, lime, white cement, clinker, among others.
• Ensure tare and untare weights of trucks that are at the plant.
• Deliver manifests to drivers before leaving the plant.
• Credit customer return pallets in the system.
• Perform other tasks assigned by their supervisor.
