The Login Clerk position at Bureau Veritas Canada involves performing duties related to the entry of client submittal forms into LIMS. Key responsibilities include verifying work sheets, establishing priority files for fast turnaround, and communicating with Client Services, Sorters, and Prep to verify packages and procedures. The role also entails printing and distributing production sheets, sample and box labels, scanning and uploading documents onto LIMS, and assisting in sorting duties as required. The Login Clerk is responsible for notifying the Production Team Lead of any issues regarding samples and/or requisition forms received, following up on unanswered queries from the sample prep manager or client services, and coordinating sample insertion of re-prepped samples coming from branch labs. The position requires compliance with occupational health and safety legislation, BV Group Policies and Procedures, Upstream Minerals Management System Policies and Procedures, and ISO standards applicable to the role, as well as acting in a safe and professional manner and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
