About The Position

The Cross Family of Agencies is seeking a Carrier Login Specialist to support and work in conjunction with the licensing and contracting team. This role is responsible for establishing user credentials with various carriers for agent/account managers to access carrier portals. The specialist will also troubleshoot and resolve user access issues, and handle administrative document requests from carriers, such as W-9s, agent and agency licenses, POAs, and background check forms. Additionally, the individual will be trained on incoming call screening and distribution as part of the primary incoming call team.

Requirements

  • Ability to support and work in conjunction with the licensing and contracting team.
  • Skills to establish user credentials with respective carriers.
  • Capability to communicate credentials to employees.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving user access issues.
  • Willingness to handle administrative document requests.
  • Openness to training on incoming call screening and distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Establish carrier portal access by creating user credentials for agents/account managers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support by submitting requested documents to carriers (e.g., W-9, licenses, POAs, background check forms).
  • Be trained on incoming call screening and distribution as a member of the primary incoming call team.
