About The Position
We are seeking full-time Carrier Sales Specialists to arrange for carriers to transport shipments by building and maintaining a network of carrier partners to expand opportunities. Requirements
- Strong dedication and assertiveness to succeed in the logistics industry
- Ability to cold call and build rapport with carriers
- Highly effective communication and negotiating skills
- Drive results independently and collaborate as a team in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in freight brokerage or logistics industry helpful
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with carrier partners
- Procure and source carriers to successfully cover SFL freight
- Develop partnerships with carriers to strengthen market performance and repeat shipments
- Identify consistent opportunities within carrier network and match with customer needs
- Provide exceptional service with integrity and professionalism
