About The Position

As the Lodge Bell Person, you'll be the first friendly face guests encounter, extending a warm and genuine welcome to The Lodge. Your role involves not just guiding guests to their rooms but ensuring their journey is filled with pleasant conversation and exceptional service. With meticulous care, you'll handle and transport their luggage, ensuring every item arrives intact, safeguarding against any damage.

Requirements

To possess a high school diploma or G.E.D.
Having prior experience in a guest contact position.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Inform guests of The Lodge services offered, effectively and thoroughly communicates room features.
Effectively answers any questions guests may have.
Being consistently pleasant to guests and inquiring about the guest’s stay.
Addresses guest by name during closing.
Assists Door Person when needed.
Consistently stays posted in approved area.
Arrive promptly in response to guest’s request, if not within 5 minutes, guest is always notified of the delay.
Bell person always uses discretion with guests and guest information.
