Requirements

• Board certified in Family Medicine.
• Active Michigan medical license at the time of appointment.
• Significant experience in Family Medicine practice.
• Self-Query NPDB report required at the time of application.
• Must possess a valid Michigan medical license.
• Board certification in Family Medicine mandatory.

Nice To Haves

• Open to candidates from Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population including adults and children.
• Conduct outpatient assessments and treatment for various medical conditions.
• Perform gynecological exams and EKG interpretations as part of patient care.
• Collaborate with support staff, including one Medical Assistant and one Patient Access Representative.
• Utilize the Cerner electronic health record system for documentation and patient management.
• Maintain patient schedules during regular shifts from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
