Requirements
- Completed an accredited graduate medical training program.
- Board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated.
- Obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations.
- Medical staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system.

Responsibilities
- Care for patients across all stages of life.
- Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health, and pediatrics.
- Perform office-based procedures based on interests and experience.
- Provide inpatient care, rehabilitation, specialty services, and emergency care.
- Provide outreach specialty services.
- Teach students, residents, fellows or clinical staff.
