Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- An active license to practice as a CRNA in Illinois is mandatory.
- Active IL CRNA license and compliance with BLS and ACLS.
- American Heart Association (AHA) for ACLS.
- American Heart Association (AHA) for BLS.
- NBCRNA National Certification.
- Must hold a valid license in Illinois.

- Those who are credentialing-friendly with a clean background are strongly preferred.
