This opportunity is tailored for a skilled CRNA to deliver comprehensive anesthesia services within a collaborative medical environment. The coverage period is for a duration of 3 months, starting in late September, with potential for extension. The practice settings include both a hospital and an Ambulatory Surgery Center. The CRNA will provide anesthesia care across a diverse range of procedures, including General, Orthopedic, Urology, GYN, Gastroenterology, Head and Neck, Thoracic, Neurology, ENT, and OB. Proficiency in OB is preferred, as permanent staff necessitate this experience. The patient demographic is adults; no cardiac cases or pediatrics are anticipated. The work schedule involves a combination of 8-hour and 10-hour shifts throughout the week, including 12-hour shifts for OB cases. Commitment to 1-2 weekends per month is preferred, with corresponding weekdays off. Flexibility in scheduling is essential. There are no on-call duties required. Patient volume is anticipated to vary contingent on room assignments. The CRNA will operate under a 1:3 MD supervision model per shift, with adequate support staff. The EPIC system will be utilized for Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
