About The Position

The Lockbox Processor works within PNC’s AR Advantage Operations organization and is based in Itasca, Illinois. The role extracts remittances according to standard operating procedures and maintains required productivity and quality levels. It may involve machine operation and basic ten-key data entry. The processor also processes or reconciles transactions, ensures materials and equipment are ready, provides workflow feedback, and reviews transaction documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with service levels and policies. The position is in-office and scheduled Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, with Friday and Saturday off. Candidates must be eligible to work without employment-visa sponsorship; PNC will not participate in STEM OPT for this position. The role is incentive eligible, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

Demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
A university or college degree, high school diploma, or GED is not required; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Extract remittances according to standard operating procedures while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
Process and/or reconcile transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Ensure appropriate materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions.
Confirm equipment is operational, when applicable.
Provide feedback on workflow and work received.
Review transactions and related documents, verifying completeness, accuracy, and conformance with service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
Demonstrate customer focus and manage risks in accordance with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
