About The Position

The Location Operations role provides daily support for location operations in an efficient and safe manner. The employee maintains location equipment and facilities for the benefit of IAS and its member owners. Duties may vary and are not exclusive or all-inclusive.

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude, including a basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and piping systems.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.
Demonstrated initiative, effort, and commitment to completing assignments efficiently.
Ability to communicate information or ideas effectively in written or oral form.
Ability to organize, adapt to change, and work on multiple tasks concurrently.
Basic math skills.
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing at least 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with the body, arms, or legs; use trunk strength and abdominal and lower back muscles repeatedly or continuously; and perform some repetitive motions.

Class A CDL; the company is willing to train.

Responsibilities

Report to the assigned workplace at the specified time and notify the supervisor of late arrivals or absences before the start time.
Maintain required licenses, physicals, and other qualifications needed to perform job requirements.
Repair and perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
Operate and maintain equipment and facilities.
Assist with distribution of farm supply products and grain when assigned.
Notify the appropriate person of needed shop tools, supply inventory, or replacement parts.
Maintain cleanliness of the shop and warehouse areas where working.
Participate in company-provided safety and job-related training programs.
Follow company safety and conduct policies and procedures.
Present a positive, professional image to customers and the community.
Carry out other duties assigned by the location manager.
