About The Position

Factory Motor Parts Company is seeking a driven business leader to strategically lead and manage a distribution operation. The Location Manager oversees inventory management, staff supervision and development, cash management, delivery and warehouse logistics, and proactive support and service for FMP customers. This is a working manager role that includes dispatching, customer service, pulling and checking in parts, and warehouse work as needed. The role suits a team player with a passion for customer service, initiative and drive to lead an operation and its people, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older.
• At least 5 years of experience in an automotive parts distribution leadership role.
• At least 3 years of P&L responsibility.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to analyze reports and information to improve processes and business outcomes.
• Ability to motivate a dynamic team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds routinely.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with sales and customer interaction.
