About The Position

The Location Manager will lead the day-to-day operation of Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown, with a family-first focus and care for sacred ground. The role coaches a team to help families plan ahead as an act of love and financial stewardship, ensures families are served with presence, compassion, and dignity, and models the Catholic mission for the team. Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) partners with Catholic dioceses across the U.S. to operate cemeteries. Requirements

4–5 years of leadership experience, ideally overseeing performance-based team members.
Interest in representing and leading an organization rooted in Catholic values.
A proven record of developing teams and meeting or exceeding goals.
Experience coaching direct reports and motivating teams to achieve results.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
Ability to oversee multiple functions with excellence.
Warm, clear written and verbal communication.
Comfort with software and technology.
Completion of a background check, reference checks, and Safe Environment Training.
