About The Position

The Assistant Location Manager will lead the day-to-day operation of Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown, with a family-first focus and care for sacred ground. The role involves coaching staff as they help families plan ahead, ensuring families are served with presence, compassion, and dignity, and serving as a role model who lives the Catholic mission. Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) partners with Catholic dioceses across the U.S. to operate cemeteries. Requirements

4–5 years of leadership experience, ideally overseeing performance-based team members.
Interest in representing and leading an organization rooted in Catholic values.
Proven record of developing teams and meeting or exceeding goals.
Experience coaching direct reports and motivating teams to achieve results.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
Ability to oversee multiple functions with excellence.
Warm, clear written and verbal communication.
Comfort with software and technology.
FBI/BCI fingerprint screening at the time of formal offer.
Diocese of Youngstown Safe Environment Training (VIRTUS certificate).
Completion of the Diocese of Youngstown Employment Application.
