Local Class A Day Cab Owner Operator

R. Logistics•Waukesha, WI

About The Position

RAS Logistics is seeking independent contract carriers to haul building and home improvement materials on flatbed equipment using a Class A day cab. Routes are local, typically 100–150 miles with 7–12 stops per day, and do not involve over-the-road driving. Steady route volume is available Monday through Saturday, and routes are driver-only. A flatbed rental may be available through RAS if needed. The posting advertises an average of $700 per full route day plus fuel surcharge. This figure is based on gross settlements for contractors completing a full route day across all RAS Flats locations over the past six months; actual earnings vary by location and by routes accepted, stops, and distance, and are not guaranteed. Earnings are gross revenue before business expenses. Applicable trailer rental fees are deducted from settlements. Contractors choose which offered routes to accept and are responsible for operating their own businesses and meeting applicable licensing, insurance, equipment, safety, and regulatory requirements. RAS offers consistent freight for a major home improvement retailer, a truck discount affiliate program, and opportunities for long-term business relationships. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an offer of employment.
