About The Position

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring a local Driver Merchandiser to transport beverages on community routes and replenish shelves. The role combines driving with delivering, merchandising, displaying, and rotating products according to company standards. Drivers serve as brand ambassadors and interact with customers, shoppers, and company employees.

Requirements

Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License issued by only one state or jurisdiction, with no interstate restrictions, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines.
Meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
Have a clean driving record.
Be physically qualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations.
Successfully complete a driver's road test and certification, or provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations.
Be able to repetitively lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach.
Have a minimum of one year of general work experience.
Be able to work with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

Local delivery experience and/or six months of verifiable driving experience.
Applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License but less than six months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program.
Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience.

Responsibilities

Check the accuracy and stability of the load.
Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
Communicate with company employees, customers, and shoppers.
Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments.
Pick up company property and secure company assets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
