About The Position

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring a Driver Merchandiser to deliver and replenish beverage products on local routes covering Lawton and the surrounding area. Drivers represent the company in their communities while transporting products and ensuring they are available to consumers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 5:00 AM and continuing until finish. Starting pay ranges from $21.91 to $26.86 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, and referral bonuses. Comprehensive benefits are also mentioned.

Requirements

Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License issued by only one state or jurisdiction, with no interstate restrictions, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines; minimum age is 21.
Have a clean driving record.
Be physically qualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle under DOT physical qualifications and examination requirements.
Successfully complete a driver's road test and certification, or provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations.
Be able to repetitively lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach.
Have at least 1 year of general work experience.
Be able to work with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

Local delivery experience and/or 6 months of verifiable driving experience.
Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience.
Applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License and less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program.

Responsibilities

Check the accuracy and stability of the load.
Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
Communicate with company employees, customers, and shoppers.
Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments.
Pick up company property and secure company assets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
