About The Position

The Part Time Public Area Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining public restrooms and public areas to meet company cleanliness standards. The role requires attention to detail, proactive communication, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines. Responsibilities

Clean and maintain public restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floors.
Dust furniture, pictures, and shelves in public spaces.
Vacuum carpets and upkeep upholstered furniture; wash walls, ceilings, and windows.
Replenish supplies in the business center and other public areas.
Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to the disposal area.
Greet guests in a positive and friendly manner and offer assistance when needed.
Address guest issues or concerns promptly and take responsibility for resolving them.
Report maintenance issues to the maintenance department through proper channels.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in storerooms.
Remove lost-and-found items from public areas and document them accordingly.
