About The Position

The Lobby Attendant maintains the resort’s lobby, restrooms, and other public areas so they remain clean, free of debris, and frequently sanitized. The role also supports the pool and fitness area, guest room corridors and stairwells, housekeeping amenity requests, and VIP turndown services. The attendant checks equipment before and after use and may assist with special projects assigned by the Director of Housekeeping or a member of the Leadership team. This is a part-time position at Omni Interlocken Resort. The listed pay is $19.02 per hour, based on experience. Requirements

Strong attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability and willingness to stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
Ability and willingness to bend, stretch, reach, and push up to 50 lbs.
Ability and willingness to work a varied schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to communicate effectively with hotel guests.

Responsibilities

Maintain the lobby, restrooms, and public areas, keeping them free of debris and frequently sanitized.
Assist with servicing the pool and fitness area when needed.
Keep guest room corridors and stairwells free of debris.
Assist with housekeeping amenity requests, including towels, toiletries, and rollaway beds.
Conduct VIP turndown services and provide housekeeping services upon request.
Assist with special projects as assigned by the Director of Housekeeping or a member of the Leadership team.
Check equipment before and after use to ensure it is in good working order.
