About The Position

The Lobby Attendant maintains the lobby, restrooms, public areas, guest room corridors, and stairwells so they remain clean, debris-free, and frequently sanitized. The role may also assist with the pool and fitness areas, housekeeping amenity requests, VIP turndown services, and other housekeeping services upon request. The attendant may be assigned special projects by the Director of Housekeeping or another member of the Leadership team, and checks equipment before and after use to ensure it is in good working order. This is a part-time position with a stated salary of $19.02 per hour, based on experience; compensation may vary based on factors unrelated to sex or race.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability and willingness to stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
Ability and willingness to bend, stretch, reach, and push up to 50 lbs.
Ability and willingness to work a varied schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to communicate effectively with hotel guests.

Responsibilities

Maintain the lobby, restrooms, and public areas, keeping them debris-free and frequently sanitized.
Assist with servicing the pool and fitness area when needed.
Keep guest room corridors and stairwells free of debris.
Assist with housekeeping amenity requests, including towels, toiletries, and rollaway beds.
Conduct VIP turndown services and provide housekeeping services upon request.
Assist with special projects assigned by the Director of Housekeeping or a member of the Leadership team.
Check equipment before and after use to ensure it is in good working order.
