About The Position
The Lobby Attendant maintains the cleanliness and appearance of public areas throughout the hotel. The role supports a comfortable, polished guest experience by keeping lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces clean, stocked, and ready for guests. The attendant also assists guests when asked, reports maintenance or safety concerns, and supports the housekeeping team as needed.
Requirements
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Friendly and helpful with guests and teammates.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Housekeeping or janitorial experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the lobby, hallways, elevators, and public restrooms.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash as needed.
- Restock restroom supplies and monitor cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Assist guests with directions or service needs when asked.
- Report maintenance concerns or unsafe conditions immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness in service areas, closets, and storage spaces.
- Support housekeeping with additional tasks as required.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and hotel cleanliness standards.
