About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Lobby Attendant to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming hotel environment. The role supports guest satisfaction and the hotel’s housekeeping and maintenance efforts by cleaning public spaces, guest facilities, offices, back-of-house areas, and the hotel exterior. The attendant is expected to provide professional, responsive service, communicate effectively with team members and guests, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace.

Minimum of a high school education.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience in a housekeeping position is preferred.
Post-high-school education is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain the lobby, elevators, stairways, hallways, and Front Desk area so they are clean, neat, and free of rubbish and debris.
Clean and maintain public restrooms, checking them once an hour to ensure they remain neat and clean.
Clean hotel offices and back-of-house areas, including locker rooms, to provide clean, safe work environments.
Clean the exterior of the hotel.
Report unusual or extraordinary problems promptly.
Adhere to scheduled work hours to ensure proper coverage of assignments.
Use and maintain floor-cleaning equipment.
Learn the hotel and its facilities to provide appropriate information in response to guest questions.
Report deficiencies in equipment and facilities as part of the hotel's maintenance and cleanliness efforts.
Help minimize guest complaints and preserve excellent internal and external customer service.
Maintain a professional attitude and proper attire while on property, and be ready to serve guests.
Respond to radio calls professionally and promptly.
Buff, wax, and polish floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets and remove gum spots as needed.
Communicate with team members and support an ownership environment emphasizing motivation and teamwork.
Perform other duties as assigned.
