About The Position

The Loan Specialist builds customer relationships and identifies financial solutions that fit customers’ needs. The role processes loan applications, maintains accurate customer records, explains loan terms, and answers customer questions. It also includes customer outreach, referrals, follow-up, payment-arrangement contacts, collection calls, and helping customers find payment solutions. The Loan Specialist supports daily branch operations while delivering excellent customer service.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; and occasional Saturdays, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM. Sundays are not required. Starting pay is $17.00–$19.00 per hour, with monthly bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

• Sales, collections, retail, hospitality, banking, or call center experience.
