About The Position

Wallace Finance is seeking a friendly and outgoing Loan Specialist to provide outstanding customer service and positive sales experiences. Wallace Management Company manages small loan companies with more than 125 branches in seven states and has been in the small consumer loan business since 1980. The role involves reviewing consumer installment loans, supporting branch team members with loan approval issues, maintaining customer relationships, and helping customers with questions and payments.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve consumer installment loans.
• Assist Branch Team Members with loan approval issues as needed.
• Create and maintain positive customer relationships and keep customers informed about their loan status.
• Provide quick, friendly customer service in person or over the phone, answer questions, and take and post loan payments.
