About The Position
Sun Loan Company is hiring a Loan Specialist to build customer relationships, help identify suitable financial solutions, process loan applications, and support daily branch operations. The role includes explaining loan terms, maintaining accurate customer records, communicating about account status and payment arrangements, and making collection calls while working with customers to find payment solutions. The specialist also supports account growth through outreach, referrals, and follow-up while delivering excellent customer service. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; and occasional Saturdays, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM. Sundays are not scheduled. Starting pay is $17.00–$19.00 per hour, with monthly bonus opportunities. Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Must already possess valid U.S. work authorization permitting employment with any employer; visa sponsorship is not available.
