The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for servicing loans and assisting customers timely and accurately as well as balancing the loan GL daily and working daily and monthly reports. This role supports all areas of the Loan Services Department, assists in audits and special projects, and performs daily balancing for department GLs, account maintenance, and journal entries. The specialist will respond to customer inquiries, prepare payoff requests and collateral releases, and perform call back procedures on boarded loans. Additionally, they will process loan payments and advances, maintain digital credit files, process closed loan files, and monitor tracking systems for post-loan closing items. The role involves updating borrower files, adhering to regulatory standards, embodying the TRAC values, and completing administrative tasks and compliance training. The specialist will represent the Bank positively through ethical conduct and community involvement, demonstrating commitment to EEO policies and fostering an inclusive workplace. They must ensure adherence to all Bank policies, procedures, and regulations, including AML/CFT responsibilities, while maintaining confidentiality and data privacy.
