The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for a variety of duties related to loan servicing, including processing payments, performing account maintenance, tracking collateral, handling credit disputes, and ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. This role requires exceptional service skills to respond to inquiries from internal staff, members, and third-party partners. The specialist will also assist loan officers, managers, and supervisors with various tasks and projects, and support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries. Cross-training is expected to support multiple servicing functions and ensure adequate coverage. Maintaining required reporting, balancing, and quality control reviews, including GL and month-end reconciliations, is also a key responsibility. Additional duties may be assigned.
