About The Position
The Institution for Savings, one of the oldest and most successful community banks in the region, is seeking a full-time Loan Servicing Representative to work in our Residential Lending Newburyport Office.
Responsibilities
- Loan Set Up
- Payment Processing
- Tax & Insurance Processing
- Pay0ff/Discharge Processing
- Construction Loan Processing
- Post-Closing Review
- Quality Control
- HELOC Renewals/Extensions
- Investor Reporting
- File Maintenance
- Response to customer Calls/Emails
- Payment Portal Review
