About The Position

Consumers Credit Union (CCU), a Great Place to Work–certified company, is hiring a Loan Servicing Representative. This is an excellent early-career opportunity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role involves partnering with teams across CCU to support a wide range of loan servicing needs, primarily focusing on securing vehicle titles, with additional support for boat and recreational vehicle loans. The representative will also handle member and internal escalations related to titles and insurance. CCU was founded in 1930, is headquartered in Lake Forest, IL, has $4.4 billion in assets, and serves more than 275,000 members.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One or more years of experience in an office or administrative setting with strong computer proficiency
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills and time-management skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work a full-time schedule during the following hours: Monday–Friday: 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Banking or lending experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines; validate information with DMVs, internal teams, and vendors.
Resolve escalated title issues end-to-end and respond within established timelines.
Follow up on servicing requests by coordinating with third parties and using external systems when needed.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements to programs, systems, and processes.
Maintain accurate loan records in the core system by correcting keying and funding errors based on title documentation.
Prepare and submit required documentation to state and county agencies.
Process insurance servicing requests and complete follow-up as needed.
