About The Position

Driveway Finance Corporation (DFC), part of the Lithia & Driveway family, provides customer-focused financing solutions for retail and commercial clients. The Loan Services Administrator I supports other departments by ensuring transactions are accurate, completed, and processed in a timely manner. This role reports to the DFC Loan Services Supervisor and is based in person in Tigard, Oregon, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The target hiring range is $18–$21 per hour; actual compensation depends on experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. The role handles loan payment processing and reapplications, loan closeouts, check requests, document scanning, mail preparation and distribution, and related administrative duties. Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Sense of urgency.
Excellent communication skills.
PC skills, including knowledge and use of MS Office, Excel, Word, and Windows.

Nice To Haves

Prior data entry experience.
Prior office or bookkeeping experience.

Responsibilities

Apply check payments in the loan management system and check log.
Perform daily electronic check deposits.
Complete the loan closeout process and mail required documentation.
Prepare vendor check requests for Corporate Accounts Payable.
Perform loan payment reapplications in the loan management system.
Prepare outbound mail for delivery.
Scan documents and save them in shared folders.
Retrieve mail, distribute it to departments, and log returned mail in the loan management system.
Perform other duties as assigned.
