About The Position

The position is on site. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Adapt to changing role demands and multitask to provide timely, efficient service.
• Meet customer expectations with ease, empathy, and encouragement while delivering results related to individual and branch goals.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and loan life cycle, presenting solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Bring an achievement-oriented attitude and internal drive to succeed.
• Clearly explain optional insurance products and ensure customers understand their loans, terms, and options.
