About The Position
Southern Auto Finance Company, LLC (SAFCO) is hiring a Loan Processor for its Funding Department. The role supports the quality of SAFCO’s loan portfolio by reviewing finance contracts and verifying information needed to make funding decisions. This is an on-site position at SAFCO’s corporate headquarters in Pompano Beach, Florida.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional telephone skills and clear verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational skills and accurate data entry skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using web-based programs.
- Ability to learn and apply SAFCO’s program requirements and lending guidelines.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to teamwork.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze finance contracts submitted for funding.
- Confirm that contracts and supporting documents meet SAFCO’s funding requirements and lending guidelines.
- Conduct customer and other verification interviews to confirm application information.
- Accurately enter and maintain information across computer systems.
- Communicate professionally to resolve questions and obtain missing information.
