About The Position
Provide all branches and customers with accurate, efficient, and professional service. Book loans on the bank’s ITI core-accounting system and maintain ITI as needed. Book escrow information when required and disburse escrow funds to third parties as appropriate. Assist with preparation of portfolio reports as necessary.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous banking experience or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of bank operations, policies, and procedures.
- Knowledge of the general lending process and ITI system.
- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Effective communication with management, customers, and coworkers.
- Customer relations skills.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work as a team player.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with the ITI system.
Responsibilities
- Book loans on the ITI system completely, correctly, and efficiently.
- Review loan documentation for completeness, correctness, and compliance.
- Process modifications, extensions, and renewals on the ITI system.
- Book, fund, and pay off loans.
- Build transaction blocks and/or run necessary entries to complete loan or extension transactions.
- Monitor exception reports for processed branches for unscheduled transactions.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports as directed by the Manager.
- Maintain billing records for branches being processed.
- Assist branches with error resolution.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Book escrow information when required and disburse escrow funds to third parties as appropriate.
- Assist in preparing portfolio reports as necessary.
