About The Position

First State Community Bank is seeking a quick-learning, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic for a Loan Operations Specialist position. The role is responsible for filing and releasing liens on loan collateral and processing paid loan documents in a timely manner. The position provides operational support to branches on collateral management and loan documentation, helps secure and maintain the bank’s lien position by filing appropriate documents, and processes paid loan documents for timely delivery to customers. The role also includes identifying process improvements, taking ownership of tasks and projects, and handling other duties assigned by management. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support to branches regarding collateral management and loan documentation.
File appropriate documents to secure and maintain the bank’s lien position on collateral.
Process paid loan documents and mail them to customers in a timely manner.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Take ownership of tasks and projects.
Handle other tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
