About The Position

Texell is seeking a Consumer Lending Consultant to work onsite at its Cedar Park Branch. The role focuses on originating consumer loans, building relationships with members, and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. Business is conducted by telephone, chat, text, and email in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment with commissioned incentives and aggressive sales goals. The position requires completing loan paperwork accurately and working during the week with rotating Saturdays; applicants with open availability are preferred.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of direct-to-consumer sales experience, including a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• At least 6 months of experience analyzing credit reports.
• Comfort with commissioned-based roles and aggressive sales targets.
• Strong understanding of consumer loan products and services, including auto, recreational, consolidation, personal, and credit card products.
• Teamwork mentality and drive to work with others toward department and credit union goals.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
