Position Summary: The Loan Closing & Servicing Specialist assembles, prepares, and reviews regulatory closing documents through a Loan Origination System (LOS) and document preparation platform while ensuring loan files close and fund based on contractual dates. Coordinates the closing process and acts as an intermediary between all parties within the real estate closing transaction ensuring all documents are calculated correctly and all terms of the loan are accurately submitted to the title company for final loan closing. They manage all post-closing service activities for Believe Mortgage’s portfolio. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of payments, maintenance of loan records, and delivery of exceptional customer service. The rate of pay for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience (FLSA Exempt)
