About The Position

First Service Bank is hiring a full-time Loan Assistant in Maumelle, Arkansas. The role supports the lending team by processing new loans, assisting with renewals, gathering documents, and helping ensure loan files and processes are accurate and complete. The Loan Assistant works regularly with Loan Officers, Loan Operations, and customers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The position includes branch opening and closing procedures. First Service Bank’s standard hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; associates may be scheduled to arrive up to 15 minutes before opening or stay up to 15 minutes after closing to complete these responsibilities. Candidates must live within 30 miles of Maumelle, Arkansas, or be willing to relocate.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree; a business-related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of business office work experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and web-based technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Service-oriented approach, strong time management, and ability to multitask.
• Must be located within 30 miles of Maumelle, Arkansas, or be willing to relocate.
