About The Position

Royal United Mortgage is hiring motivated professionals to work as Loan Advisors. In this on-site sales role, you will connect with clients by phone, understand their goals, and help them find mortgage options that support their financial future. The role emphasizes customer education and support throughout the process. Previous mortgage experience is not required; the company provides paid, hands-on training in mortgage lending, sales, and financial advising.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients using provided warm leads.
• Understand customer needs and prepare and present tailored mortgage products.
• Educate customers about financial solutions through a consultative sales process.
• Manage a sales pipeline and consistently follow up with clients through closing.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with leadership support.
