About The Position

Royal United Mortgage is an employee-owned mortgage lender hiring Loan Advisors to help clients explore mortgage options and make informed financial decisions. Loan Advisors connect with clients by phone, learn about their goals, and provide education and support throughout the process. Previous mortgage experience is not required; the company provides paid, hands-on training in mortgage lending, sales, and financial advising. This is a sales-focused role with warm leads provided. Advisors develop tailored mortgage solutions, manage client follow-up through closing, and work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Career advancement is based on sales performance, with promotions coming from within the company.
